Education is the key for recovering and for fighting poverty!
Many children have been affected and we have to make sure that they will soon be back to school.
Most schools in the remote epicenter area are heavily destroyed or have completely been washed off the mountain.
A good friend, Rahul Rauniyar, the director of the International Asian Medical Student Association, who has been involved in the emergency response process from the beginning has visited the remote and worst affected area in the Langtang District of Nepal.
“The area is greatly affected. You can’t believe what you see. It’s heartbreaking.”
Together with him we, the highly motivated people behind Pangaea Project e.V. want to rebuild [a] school[s] in the Langtang Village. The money will go directly to our local contacts, who will then initiate the rebuilding of a school.
Pangaea Project e.V. is a small german non-profit organization which is founded and run by a small group of international youngsters who want to make a difference.

Nach dem verheerenden Erdbeben in Nepal ist es jetzt an uns zu handeln!
Der Schlüssel zur nachhaltigen Bekämpfung der Armut und zum Wiederaufbau ist Bildung!
Da besonders viele Kinder betroffen sind, müssen wir dafür sorgen, dass sie bald wieder eine Schule besuchen können. Doch die meisten Schulen in der abgelegenen Gegend des Epizentrums sind stark zerstört oder sogar ganz verschwunden.
Die internationale asiatische Medical Student Association war von Anfang an an der Notfallhilfe in Nepal beteiligt. Ihr Direktor, Rahul Rauniyar, hat das abgelegene und am schlimmsten betroffene Gebiet im Langtang District besucht. Er ist ein guter Freund von uns und zusammen mit ihm werden wir eine der zerstörten Schulen wiederaufbauen.
“Wir”, das sind die hoch motivierten Menschen, die hinter dem Pangaea Projekt e.V. stehen. Der Pangaea Projekt e.V. ist eine internationale Organisation und wurde von einer kleinen Gruppe engagierter Jugendlicher gegründet, die etwas bewegen wollen.
